Recently, I hired Paragon Air Conditioning for the servicing of two ducted air-conditioning systems. They just cleaned the return air grill and looked at the touch pad and captured a few photos of the settings. No physical inspection and checking of machineries and ducts were conducted as these are above the ceiling and their technician never bothered to go up in the attic and inspect them and test their performance. Similarly, the fans are located outside on the awning and they were not inspected at all. My concern was communicated to them in writing as well.As the units are located in the shop and the shop has got cameras, everything is recorded.Now, I have to hire another company to get the proper servicing of the machines done.They sent the technician again (today, 15/12/25) to inspect the machines in the attic and complete the job - a satisfactory outcome at the end.

He agreed to meet at whatever time I could arrange to inspect the job prior to settlement, to walk around and give me his opinion.He explained the situation and sent a fully itemised plan of the most suitable solutions and costing. He also booked installation to tie in with the planned settlement.
