Excellent service from Paragon, every individual was friendly and courteous and 100% punctual.They explained the process and answered any questions with a smile. Three other companies claimed the second story installation would be too hard or too expensive to install but Paragon didn’t hesitate and completed it with ease. Highly recommend this company for your air-conditioning needs.

Not often I write a review. Paragon personnel were TO A MAN (and how remarkable is that?) courteous, competent and motivated workers. They completed a difficult task given challenging access, with minimum fuss and bother to client. Even took time at the end of the job to ensure we understood all workings of new units. Can't recommend these guys too highly and would definitely use them again.

What a hot summer! Our vented Aircon broke. We called another service company for help. They were able to schedule someone to look at it in just under a month. After diagnosis, they scheduled a fix in just under another month. No success. A further fix was scheduled for just under another month!We decided to buy a new Aircon and got two quotes. Ali from Paragon was able to assess and quote in about 48 hours and then when we chose Paragon, installation was scheduled over two days starting the next week.The guys who uninstalled our existing system and the guys who installed the new one were exemplary. They were on-time, knowledgeable and made an extra effort to ensure that things were tidy during the whole process.It is great to have working Aircon again after 3 months of one of the hottest summers on record!!! Thanks Paragon!
